With 23 years teaching experience and winner of Pearson’s Teaching Awards 2014, Iraj has successfully led a maths department, line managed Science and Maths specialism and is currently a Deputy Headteacher at Alexandra Park School.

Kate is responsible for coordinating trainee recruitment, school placements and university offers across our alliance.

Henry has 14 years of experience as a KS3,4&5 physics specialist teacher; of which four have been as Head of KS5 Science, three as Head of Physics and four as Director of the Science and Maths Specialism.

Anna is our specialist in recruitment for teacher training. In addition to being a successful Maths Teacher, Anna has been responsible for bringing over 100 teachers into the profession over the last 5 years.

Heather is a Lead Improvement Partner working with primary and secondary schools. Heather is also responsible for leading the CPD programme and developing partnerships in HEP. Heather was a school improvement adviser in Haringey Council and has senior leadership experience with responsibility for post-16 and teaching, learning and assessment.

Florence is an experienced senior leader who has led our NPQs courses for many years.

Mario is a Senior Leader at Christ’s College Finchley and is a specialist in the delivery of Olevi courses.
