Every Teaching School aspires to create a sustainable alliance of schools whose vision is to build stronger learning communities through collaboration and a fully comprehensive approach to staff and leadership development.
As we continue to grow, our aim is to maintain the bespoke approach we take to each engagement across all levels. This is a vision we share with all of our commissioned partners and is one which we aim to maintain regardless of the size of our alliance. This is an outlook which strives to take the individual, the school and the wider community to where they aspire to be.
‘People always ask me what teaching is like and my answer is always the same; pick an adjective – teaching will feel like that at one time or another. But the one thing it never is, is boring – and I’ll take that any day.’
